Customer service was timely with accurate information. David Jones was diligent about returning phone calls and passing along information that was important to me. Pricing and terms were as quoted, with no surprise fees. The driver was courteous and honest about delivery and timing. Follow up customer service phone calls were appreciated. I also appreciated the bulletins that were emailed to me which stated that the order was received, another that the truck was dispatched, and a third to notify me that delivery was about to occur. Thanks for a positive experience.
