My Pickup was in Maryland and drop off in Colorado , off the beaten path by 200 miles. so arraigning a pickup was not easy, I was assigned Rob W as my Agent, He is one of the most patience and curious person I have met. Very professional.
I can't say that my delivery was a speedy one, but that was not because of Express Auto or Rob, jus that My pickup was in a very hard to reach location. On the plus side, once pick up was arranged and a delivery time scheduled, My Car was delivered within 4 days ( 2 days quicker than expected). and in perfect condition and delivered to my door step. Rob is a miracle worker
