Great Transport, Poor Communication

We had a great transport experience. We were told it would take one to seven days to pick up the vehicle and one to five days to transport it. The vehicle was picked up on the first available day and delivered in perfect condition two days later.

The customer service experience was great getting the estimate and ordering the transport, but then we didn't hear anything and got long hold times on the phone and no response to email until after the vehicle was picked up. In fact, it was the vehicle seller that told us anything was happening on that end. It would have been nice if they had told us they had arranged a driver and that they were contacting the seller to arrange the pick up, rather then taking the full seven days to get to that point.

We were told we would get email when the vehicle was picked up. Instead, we got two emails, back-to-back, 5 days after the vehicle was delivered, letting us know the vehicle had been picked up and then delivered.

The poor communication during the process was made up for by the quick and problem-free transport and delivery.
