INITIAL CONTACT VERY NICE PERSON ON PHONE PICK UP TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT RETURN MUCH LATER FINALLY HAD TO CALL TO FIND WHEN PICK UP WAS ABOUT TO LOSE PURCHASE OF CAR BECAUSE OF PICK UP DELAY DRIVER VERY NICE APPRECIATED HIS CALL DAY OUT TO INFORM US OF DELIVERY OVERALL EXPERIENCE GOOD WOULD HAVE ONLY REQUIRED BETTER COMMUNICATION TO MAKE EXCELLENT TODAY'S WORLD EXCELLENCE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH - YOU HAVE TO BE EXCEPTIONAL !
