Having never transported a vehicle cross country (WA to NY) before I was a little skeptical about having someone I didn't know make the move for me. Right from the start Steve made me feel comfortable with the fact that they would take care of my car. Lynnette was a very helpful in answering all my questions about the move and her knowledge was outstanding. The driver Issac, his wife and Manager Mario were all great at communicating with me on their location and time frames involved. Many thanks to all these people for a job VERY well done. From start to finish the whole process went as smooth as possible. My car arrived in the exact shape it was picked up in - perfect. Would I use Express Auto Transport again? ABSOLUTELY.
