I placed the order on August 5 and the carrier wasn't dispatched until August 27. By late August weather conditions in Florida were becoming a factor which added to the delay. I expected the carrier to be assigned within 10 days and it took twice that.

I also expected the bike to be delivered to my residence. However, the truck was far too large to negotiate residential streets so I had to meet the driver on a major thoroughfare.

Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the bike arrived in great shape. The driver was exceptionally helpful.
