I used Express Auto Service to ship my son's car from Austin, Tx to Iowa City, IA. My son flew to Iowa City 2 weeks earlier to attend Med School.
Our decision to use Express Auto Service was based on the reviews and the fact that they are recommended by Ebay. Furthermore the quote I got was the cheapest. It was a reasonable charge comparing to the others.
My son was very happy to get his car. He did not expect it to be delivered so fast. The car was picked up on Thursday afternoon and delivered on Saturday. That was really an "express" delivery.
Brian who helped me with the order and Mike who coordinated the transport provided an excellent service.
My son and I received email confirmations and phone calls when the order was placed until the car was delivered.
The truck driver was very nice, helpful and professional. He called me at work in the morning and wanted to pickup the car in the afternoon, but he did not mind waiting an extra day.
I was very pleased with the service and I greatly recommend Express Auto Transport to anyone.
