I was told that pickup time would vary.( I accepted that) I was told that a lot of time is spent on the phone by the agent. (accepted that). I made contact and left messages for return calls. When I was notified that pickup was to take place it didn't happen, after 5 or 6 attempts it finally was picked up at 11:00 pm at nite. I made contact with the driver on the way out to Wash to let him know that because of the pickup delay I was going to be in Eastern Wash and asked if it was possible to pick up the vehicle at a truck stop off the freeway. He said yes and told me he would call me when he got near the pickup point.delays caused the pickup time to be 12:00 midnight.when the driver pulled in the back window of the Jeep grand cherokee was open,(for how long i don't know) It was very late we all were very tired I looked over the outside ,all ok. signed the sheet and left. The next day was spent cleaning up the hand prints from the seats from the driver going through the back door and crawling over the seat s to get into the driver seat.the headliner had the same dirt grease etc as the seats as did the matts steering wheel etc.along with a lot of critters from the blow in (back window open) the car was at the very back on the bottom row. this a overview of my experience.
