TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: First let me say that it was a very refreshing and unsual surprise, to have my car arrive ahead of schedule. It was delivered very professionally by an excellent driver/transporter. He was friendly, competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure he covered every detail of my concerns. The representative at Express Auto Transport, kept me informed of the location of the vehicle, numerous times when I requested it, great communication.
