Everyone at Express Auto was excellent. I believe the driver could have been more communicative to let me know what was going on. I was told the expected delivery was September 24. That was changed to September 25 between noon and 3:00 p.m. Then it was around 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. At 5:30 p.m. I was calling to get the status. I was told driver was delayed because he had to wait on another person who was picking up their car but he was on his way and should be here in 1 1/2 hours. At 8:30 p.m. I had to call again. Finally, around 11:00 p.m. my car was delivered. I understand the driver is traveling a long distance and alot can happen in between to change delivery times, but let someone know what is going on!
