Initially called company for info., cost and availability of one of their trucks to pick up my car. Spoke with Lisa H., she was very helpful and knowlegeable on the subject. She was very promp in returning phone calls, answered all my questions no matter how many I asked. Once the purchase of the car was confirmed, I called and spoke with Lisa again and she took care of all the necessary arrangments to deliver my car. I was then assigned a customer service representative by the name of Maria. She also was very helpful, kept me informed of the progress of the shipment of my car, and even e-mailed the step by step progress of my car during the shipping process. Should I purchase another car and need it shipped, I most definately will have EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT take care of the shipping for me!!!!!!!
