Express Auto Transport regrets that Mr. Pearcy was not satisfied with his experience with our company. However, we feel that he has not been entirely accurate with his description of his experience. Mr. Pearcy was given the normal timefime, not a guarantee. All of our policies are on our website and when an email is included in a quote request, they are also sent with the requested quote. Mr. Pearcy did not ask about our refund policy, therefore it was not verbally communicated to him.
