Express Auto Transport understands that Jose is getting frustrated about the delay in the transport of his AMC Pacer. However, the delay is beyond our control. His vehicle is being stored at no cost in New Jersey while we wait on the seller of the vehicle to provide us with the title to the vehicle. The vehicle cannot be shipped to Spain without the title due to US Customs regulations. We have attempted to contact the seller on several occasions, but have not gotten any response.
As for the communication with our company, we are forced to communicate with Jose via email due to the time difference. John has emailed Jose twice this week with no response. We feel that we have gone above and beyond to help Jose receive his vehicle as quickly and safely as possible. Again, we are providing FREE storage while we wait for the title.
