Bought a car on ebay in early October. Used Express Auto to transport vehicle. They subcontracted the job to a company named Speedy Turtle, Inc. without my knowledge or consent. Now my car is missing. Express Auto does not return phone calls or emails. They lie about most everything you want to know. This has been a devasting experience not only in financial but also in disappointment and great depression. I've had to report this matter to the Internet crime and FBI. Express Auto Transport does not know where my car is, nor the driver's last name, does not know the license number of the transport truck or anything to do with people they hired to transport my car to North Dakota. My car was picked up on October 24th from Orange County Professional Auto Brokers, Costa Mesa and Now it is November 28 and still no car or any truth forthcoming from Express Auto Transports. This car was to be for my daughter as she needs it to go to work. Do not use these people to transport your vehicles as you will probably never see it. Save yourself the trouble and go pick up your vehicle yourself. At least then you will have what you purchased.

First, Mr. Bosmas vehicle was subcontracted to Speedy Turtle, Inc, however, Mr. Bosma did receive terms and conditions that stated, Express Auto may, in its sole discretion, subcontract its obligations hereunder. In such event, subcontractor shall be solely responsible for all obligations to Customer. Customer shall file all claims with the subcontractor identified on the Bill of Lading and hereby releases Express Auto from any and all claims arising out of or related to any actions or inactions of the subcontractor. Express Auto Transport did a reference check on Speedy Turtle, Inc. before allowing them to pick up Mr. Bosmas vehicle. However, they provided us with false documentation. As soon as we were aware of the falsification we informed Mr. Bosma of the situation and advised him to contact the authorities. We have contacted the FBI in an attempt to help Mr Bosma receive his vehicle as quickly and safely as possible. We have also provided him with all of the information we have on Speedy Turtle, Inc. We continue to work with the authorities and Mr Bosma to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
