Express Auto Transport regrets Mr. Raube was not happy with the service he was provided. He selected our standard service. Our standard service does not guarantee any specific pick up or delivery dates. We did provide dimensions of the vehicle to the carrier. However, the carrier miscalculated the space available on the transporter and had to move on. Once we were informed of this issue, we continued our efforts to assign his vehicle to a carrier as soon as possible.
