The over all delivery process went well. There were unexpected delays, due to the weather, but that is always to be expected in the trucking business, esspecially this time of year.

Every time I spoke with Tonia or got an email, it was polite and respectful. I was updated every time the schedule changed and I always felt like I was in the "loop."

Next time I have a vehicle to ship, I will call Express Auto first.
