Price was the lowest available. Since this was our first experience we have limited basis of comparison.
Pickup time is difficult to measure due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Maria K was the "bright spot" throughout the process by keeping in contact with us and providing ongoing updates and frequently checking with the trucker re: progress and reminding the trucker to stay in contact with us etc. etc.
