Horrible Service

Customer service reps are good at twisting your words around to their supervisors. The main supervisor refused to call me after I seeked to contact him. They canceled my order because I mentioned it was a possibility that I would go get the car, I told them i still need to work out some details and i would get back with them. They went ahead and cancelled and refused to give me a 100% refund. My personal CSR was named teresa, she never was there to work on my order, Debbie was the the supervisor above her and she turned my words around so she would look better. They are by far the cheapest but again you get what you pay for, slow service and HORRIBLE CSR's stay away at all costs
