Express Auto Transport regrets that Mr. Cox feels his transport did not go as well as he had hoped. However, we feel that he is not being completely accurate in his discription of what took place. Mr. Cox chose our standard service, which does not guarantee specific pick up or delivery dates. We do not know what Mr. Cox is referring to by "paying up front for next day service." Mr. Cox paid a deposit, which is required for all of our transports. As for Mr Cox's representative not answering or returning calls, he or his wife spoke to their reprentative on at least five seperate occasions.
As for Mr. Cox's claim about Express Auto Transport having difficulty finding carriers willing to except our loads, it is simply not true. We have a fleet of our own carriers and we we have a network of trusted carriers that haul for us on a regular basis.
