Pick up of the vehicle was a little late, probably because it was in snow covered N.Y. state.Lynette kept me informed from day one via e-mail and phone.I received timely updates that they were having difficulty getting a truck, and they would continue working to get a truck.I received a call from Lynette that Lima Trucking of Lima Ohio, would be picking the car up for next day delivery.There was excellent communication from both Express and Lima.Vehicle was delivered in good condition and on time and the driver was great! I would definitly use Express again, it was a totally professional and pleasant experience, and the price was reasonable!Thanks to all involved.
