Express Auto Transport regrets that Mr. Loper feels he was not treated fairly by our company. However, to call us crooks is unjustified and we will not tolerate it. We made no guarantees to Mr. Loper in terms of pick up and delivery. He was given the normal timeframe for a move of this distance, vehicle type, and carrier type. Mr. Loper chose to cancel his order thirteen days after his ready date and as per our terms and conditions, he will forfeit $100 of his deposit. Brandon was not rude or uncaring towards Mr. Loper, he simply told Mr. Loper that due to his choice of canceling after thirteen days, Mr. Loper would not be entitled to a full refund
