I contacted and charged entire payment for transporting a 1976 Lincoln from Western Tennessee to Midcoast Maine and was promised the car would be picked up within 7 days. I contacted the party from whom I bought the car and when it had not been picked up in that time, I contacted Express and was told they were having trouble finding a carrier going to Maine. After waiting a full 15 days and still no pickup date, I cancelled Express and hired another carrier who had the car picked up the very next day and delivered to me in three days.
I was told that my credit card charge would be removed within one week. This did not happen and after I tried unsuccessfully to contact Exprees, I then had to contact my credit card company to get the charge removed. Express is more than happy to take your money, but sure is slow about giving it back when they can't deliver.

Express Auto Transport regrets that Mr Westervelt feels he did not have a good experience with our company. Mr Westervelt selected our standard service, which does not guarantee pick up or delivery dates. Mr Westervelt was given the average timeframe for his move. Mr Westervelt has received his full refund.
