Express gave a pickup date, but truck didn't show up. No followup from Express until I called them to find out what's going on. Alll they could say was that a pickup date is not guaranteed and they will try to find another hauler. In the meantime I am moving out the next day and left high and dry with a car on my hands - had to leave it at a friend's house for pickup. I gave them a few more days but they couldn't find a hauler. I started calling up other transporters. Found Cascade Auto and they located a hauler within 12 hrs. I had used Express twice before, some years back, but found out the hard way that they're just not dependable if your on a tight schedule.
