Costa has made a lot of claims with no proof. Costa first claims to have been guaranteed assignment to a truck within 1-7 days. Over 90% of our orders are assigned within 1-7 days. The fact that Costas main point of contact is no longer with Express Auto Transport is irrelevant due to Costa being reassigned a new main point of contact. As for Costas slow pay claim, unfortunately there are companies that feel they make themselves look better by downgrading other companies.
