Dennis: We know how frustrating it can be when you expect your dream car to be sitting at your home on the day originally quoted for arrival, only to find it hasn't yet made it. We are sorry for the delay in getting the car delivered, but appreciate your patience and understanding. Unfortunately we deal in a business of uncertainties, but find that upfront and honest approaches in our communication regarding delays go a long way towards keeping customers happy.
