Actual cost was more than what was originally quoted when first inquired. First inquiry was answered by a female.

There was also a misunderstanding during pickup when delivery person said money needed to be paid in full prior to pickup. It was later cleared up and payment was made at delivery.

Ernesto: We apologize for the issues related with pricing. This business is difficult to navigate so far as pricing, as many factors ultimately determine how quick and efficient a transport is from point A to point B. However, it seems apparent from the fact your car arrived early that the second individual pricing order did you a favor, as an under priced move will often sit too long due to the fact carriers see that move as undesirable from a price/profit equation.
