I've never used a transport company before but the customer service personell made it all fairly simple and straight forward. They were polite and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and kept me well informed on the status of the order. I did check around with 3 of their competators and Express Auto Transport had the best price for the service they offered. I would certainly use them again next time I need auto transport.
