Express Auto Transport just spoke to Steve, and explained that 7-10 business days had yet to pass as of his initial review and that we were sorry that refund was not back in account, but if he had initiated a charge back via the credit card company than we were unable to process refund (as this often results in a double refund to customer). Customer became upset by this and threatened further reviews. Regardless, we apologize that Steve is unhappy with the process, but his complaint has nothing to do with anything we have actually not done for Steve to this point.
