After I had made the purchase through an Ebay auction , I then had to make the shipping arrangements,I believe there were 4 different trans port Co's that were immediately available to obtain a quote from. Express Auto Transport's quote was about inthe middle , price wise. I called and was connected to a fellow by the name of Andrew Benson . Andrew made all the arrangements , ( asked the vehicle type , pick up address and destination point, pickup point contact and of course the cost ). I probably could have used another transporter , but this being my first expieriance doing this , I knew as soon as Andrew got on the phone that I had called the right one . Andrew reassured me that he personally would contact me for updates from his own cell phone and or Email and he did . I new when he contacted the pickup point , I knew who would be transporting, I new when the truck was picked up . Then the guy driving the transport called when he departed South Dakota , he called at about the halfway point , then he called and said he felt so good that if it was O.K. with me he could make the delivery later in the evening . I asked about what time , and he said about 9:30 p.m., I told himthat I stay up late any way , but I live 12-1/2 miles out of town andwe were just starting to get snow . I told him that I would meet him at the Wisconsin welcome center . He knew exactly where I meant because he snowmobiles up in our area ,and said he would call me when he wqs 30 miles out . We met at 10;30p.m. , I paid him the balance andwhat a nice young man . He pulled away and I jumped inmy new tacoma running to warm up and the window down . It was darn cold out and for the life of me couldn't figure out how to get it up. My buddy had also left so I thought it'll be a cold drive home, but couldn't find the headlight switch. Just then , the transporter came backand asked if there was a problem and I said how do the windows go up , so he came over to show me and asked if there was anything else and I said you wouldn't know how the headlights go on , and he showed me , anything else ? I said thatnow I could go home . As he pulled away I shifted into gear and washed my wind shield .So in the habit of a shifter on the column , right where the windshield on /wash lever is . This trucks shifter is on the floor!!Overall , a great experience , Thank you Andrew Benson . Ladd E. Honkala
