Setting up the transportation was very easy with Express Transport. The customer service agent (Andrew) was very friendly and great to work with on the shipping arrangments. They were able to set up the transportation extremely fast in my case. Pretty much the next day they said someone could pick up the car. Fortunately, the driver was unable to make it in that time frame and the pick-up was delayed by one day. This worked out better for the seller, so they could prepare the car for shipping and we could complete the sales paperwork. Unfortunately, the car was not picked up until late in the evening. This was frustrating for the seller to sit and wait.

When the car was picked up, it was picked up by a tow truck. This seems odd to me, and actually made me a little upset. The car was towed 60-70 miles to the transport. The seller warned the tow company that this was not advised, but they did it anyway. I know on some vehicles this would have damaged the transmission. It would have made me more comfortable it the seller watched the car being driven onto the transport.

Unloading worked okay. I was out of town and had a relative receive the car. The weather was poor and did not allow for good inspection. It appears everything made it through the shipping process without damage.

This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to use Express Transport again. I would however, clarify how the car would be picked up and delivered.
