Overall this was a very good experience. The only reason I put late on the pick up and delivery was due to the hardship of trying to pick up the vehicle to begin with. The hardship was the fault of the person I bought the vehicle off of. This was in no way the fault of Express Transport or Good Fellas Auto Transport.In fact the driver and wife who picked it up were very good in trying to accomodate Omar in picking it up but he seemed to be very particular in his time when to get it. Being in the Auto business myself, I know how difficult some people can be.
Again Im very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend Express Transport or Good Fellas Transport to transport a vehicle.
In fact if you get a chance to talk to the driver and wife of who transported my car I have forgotten their names tell them I said thank you again for their VERY pleasant experience dealing with them and I hope they enjoyed the dinner I tipped them with.

I would also like to thank Lisa for her very kind and professional manner in which she helped me by giving updates on the pickup process...and the reason why it was delayed. She deserves a good raise! Thank you Lisa!
