1/18/10 - I requested service & charged $195.00 to my card

1/22/10 - called Express Auto Transport (EAT), no driver assigned yet; I told them I would be out of town 1/23-31 (if necessary could have someone available)

1/30/10 - called EAT, still no driver assigned. I was told they were working on a driver. I asked that I be called by day's end. I did not get any return call.

2/1/10 - I called EAT, still no driver assigned. I told EAT that the seller wants the motorcycle shipped. If EAT could not do then I would have to pick it up myself and I would want my credit card credited with money charged for service. EAT rep said he would try to coordinate driver

2/2/10 - I called EAT spoke with rep, he said he was working on a driver. Would call back. Rep called back, no driver available. I told rep to have my card credited and I would pick the bike up myself.

2/19/10 - 3/1/10 - several calls/emailsfinally was credited with $145.00; EAT kept $50.00 for their efforts.

I am dismayed hence this review.
