The customer service here was very good, but the transporter was awful. There was no communication when he was days late. I took off work twice when he said he would deliver the car. He then falsely reported to customer service that he had delivered the vehicle on Friday, when he was actually still 500 miles and three days away! On the final day, he said he would deliver the car between 2-4pm, and didnt show up until 7:30 at night so we had to take delivery in the dark, and it was impossible to see if there was any damage or not. While I would recommend their customer service department, I would not want to EVER work with the auto transporter again.
