Overall a pleasant experience. Vehicle was eventually picked up and delivered without incident. The only problem came from scheduled pick ups. Three different carriers were dispatched. I had to call the first carrier after they were 30 minutes late for the scheduled pick up. I was then informed that they would not be picking up the vehicle. The next carrier assigned canceled two days before scheduled pick up. Third carrier, who picked up the vehicle, was assigned a week later. Understandable that these carriers schedules are flexible, but as far as reliability goes, this was not a comforting experience.
