Express Auto Transport DID NOT DELIVER my pick up truck as promised. They said they had problems with the pick up driver. Their only saving grace was the refund of my full deposit after informing me they would keep $100.00 of it. I was prepared to take them to Small Claims Court for full reimbursement of the $145.00 plus the cost of a car rental while in Florida. My contact person was TJ and everytime I called him he would bounce me to his dispatcher Shawna. I finally gave up and my daughter handled the phone calls requesting a full refund. They did not refund the money until I contacted them once again. I would not do business with them every gain nor would I recommend them to anyone.
