Could not deliver as promised.

Express Auto was contracted on 12-11-06 to move a vehicle for me from Nebraska to
New Hampshire with the understanding that vehicle needed to be moved from site by
12-19-06. This time came and went with no communication from them as to their progress
on getting the load asssigned. I was required to contact them to find out status.
On 12-26-06 I was told by Express Auto Transport that this was a difficult move and to be
patient. Frustrated I called Angels Moving Autos Inc. and they had the load scheduled
for pick up within 12 hrs.. My only regret is not finding this site earlier to find out that
Express Auto Transport has a terrible rating. Hopefully they will try to work on their service
or go out of business.

Mr. Lemieux's order was placed with our company, as he had stated, on 12/11/06 with the stipulation that the vehicle needed to be delivered by 12/19/06. Immediately, as with every order, our staff made every effort to locate a carrier who would be willing to fulfill the obligations of this order at the listed price. Our records indicate that a representative from our Customer Service Department made six phone calls to Mr. Lemieux between 12/11/06 and 12/27/06, leaving messages on five occasions to have Mr. Lemieux to call back for updates on his order. We regret that we were not able to transport Mr. Lemieux's vehicle within the specified time period, but do recognize the efforts by our professional staff to provide the high level of service excellence on which our company was founded.
