Mr. Lemieux's order was placed with our company, as he had stated, on 12/11/06 with the stipulation that the vehicle needed to be delivered by 12/19/06. Immediately, as with every order, our staff made every effort to locate a carrier who would be willing to fulfill the obligations of this order at the listed price. Our records indicate that a representative from our Customer Service Department made six phone calls to Mr. Lemieux between 12/11/06 and 12/27/06, leaving messages on five occasions to have Mr. Lemieux to call back for updates on his order. We regret that we were not able to transport Mr. Lemieux's vehicle within the specified time period, but do recognize the efforts by our professional staff to provide the high level of service excellence on which our company was founded.
