We apologize for any inconvenience this customer experienced and the fact that his vehicle was not transported within the required time specifications. Once an order for transport is placed in our system, our experienced customer service staff makes every effort to locate a carrier willing to accept the transport for the amount of money specified on the order. In addition to locating a carrier willing to take the order for the cost involved, the same carrier must be willing to execute the transport within the time specifications. Unfortunately, in this situation, our staff was not able to locate a carrier that could satisfy both elements of this order. Any cancelled order is reviewed immediately to ensure that our established service standards were met, and to determine if an alternative measure should have been utilized which would have resulted in a successful transport.
