The car was contracted to be picked up by express delivery on 6 OCT 08 from Matson in Seattle. It was picked up on 10 OCT. It was picked up with 7144 miles on it! It was delivered 7 days late with 8140 miles on it and covered with MUD and bugs. We had to take it to a garage and clean the engine compartment and the catalytic converter area. They drove it over 1300 miles without authorization and a police report is on file for Larceny/criminal mischief. The company will not take responsibilty and pay for cleaning/maintenance/oil change and the 1300 miles!!!! This company was contracted by South Metro Transport (BROKER). Can't find them on the internet? Are they a real company? Going to washington Autorney Generals Office now.
