Contracted by Dependable Auto Movers. $935 total, $135 to Dependable, 800 to driver at delivery. Price went up to 960 total- 825 to driver. They gave concession at end down to 775 to driver, 110 to dependable. Promised delivery 5 to 7 days, 10 max. At day 10 I called, since I had no word. Dependable had difficulty getting them on phone, and relayed me to them after a couple of hours. Car was still in Spokane WA, it never left for MA. The person at Express said that they would personally load it on a truck on Friday morning, and it would be in Boston the following Tuesday or Wed. No car Tues. No car Wed. Excuses from Express. Yuri was the driver. Finally got Yuri's phone number only after threatening to report car stolen. Delivery Thursday afternoon or Friday morning sure. Yuri was in Washington DC !!!!! With my car !!! Or maybe not. No car Thursday. No car Friday. Saturday morning 9:30 am finally delivered, at which time Yuri told me he didn't know what the problem was, since he hadn't even picked up my car until a day or two before in New York state !!!!
The company was completely unresponsive, untrustworthy and in the end drove off with my toll transponder somewhere else - they took it off the windshield, but never returned it.

The only good part - nothing was stolen and the car got back dirty but undamaged.

Never use these people.
