Even though the pickup driver was an hour and a half late, he apologized and explained the unavoidable circumstances. We appreciated that and it made it easier for us to be reasonable. We were told to call on Monday for the ETA, but we received a call on Friday that the car would arrive on Sunday. We had been told to expect delivery between 6-10 days to allow for possible delays because of bad weather in the Midwest. So,the car arrived earlier than the estimated time and that too was appreciated.
