I first used FHT in October2010 through a broker to transport a 1997 Prelude from Maryland to San Diego. I was contacted by JoAnn and given all the information that I would need to get my car ready for transport, along with the driver's name and phone number so I could contact him if needed. The staff was aware that we were flying to San Diego and would need the vehicle by a specific date since we were renting a car as we waited. Prior to pick up, the driver was in communication with me from the moment he started his travel from New Jersey and maintained communication with me to give me an accurate ETA.The driver's name was Parbis (sp?). This was excellent because my mother was actually the one one was releasing the car for me because I was out of town. At delivery our driver called us way ahead of time to start communication about the ETA, which was fantastic since we were in the process of house hunting. So we were able to schedule house viewings accordingly and we were able to take care of the bank business with getting a certified check in a timely fashion, all because of his excellent communication with us. On top of that we received the car in 5 DAYS! EXCELLENT!! Very fast service. We are so happy with FHT Auto Transport,Inc. we are actually in the process of having another car shipped from Maryland to San Diego with FHT.
