I moved from Canada to California with FID International and am very dissapointed with their services. Several items were lost (including a full size mattress and spring box, large living room mirror, several boxes, etc...).
I've been trying to get a simple insurance form / procedures for about one month now and eventhough I called them several times and sent dozens of e-mails their didn't send me anything so far.
I will never use this Company again and would never recommend anyone to use this company.
