This company is NOT a member of the Better Buisness Bureau as they boldly advertise on their web site.

Jonathan would NEVER let me talk to anyone but him, not until MULTIPLE attempts did he give me a name of Ralph and Liz. Which is questionable these are even his supervisors names.

My truck was never picked up, Jonathan canceled my order on Monday 4/5/10 against my will. I have not recieved my refund a week later.

My scheduled pick up date was 3/26/10 or 3/27/10, it was never picked up though I was promised multilple times by Jonathan I would be getting a call and not to worry. I called on Saturday 3/27 and was told the office was closed and to call back tomorrow when he could tell me more. On Sunday I left up to 7 voice mails, once I called from a different number Jonathen picked right up and said my truck would be picked up 3/29 or 3/30. This never happened.

On Thursday, 4/1/10 I called Jonathan again and he asked me to give him until Saturday, he promises to call me on Saturday either way and let me know the status. I never get that call, I give him until Monday and finally call him back. I ask to speak to his supervisor, or who ever is in charge. He tells me he is the supervisor, then admits he is not, but that his supervisor "Liz" is conveniently gone until the following Monday. I tell him I will wait. He gets very aggitated and says, "I'm going to cancel your account, therefore, you are no longer a customer and I no longer have to listen to you!"

I have sent a letter to the President of the company John Long, I have also sent a letter to the BBB so they will be aware of the issue if this company ever does try to become a memeber with them in the future. I will also be filing a claim to take them to small claims court to get the $200 I put down as a deposit.

This was never a customer that we shipped, if in fact we did take a deposit it was fully refunded, since the car was not done, she tried to force the order on us and we could not take it due to the price. Checking our records it indicates that the $200.00 deposit was refunded on 4/5/10. There is no reasonable reason this person is lodging a complaint other than pure vindictiveness because we could not move her vehicle and we told her that repeatedly. She booked the order online and paid her own deposit on line thru paypal, when we saw that we could not do it we cancelled and refunded the depoait. This person ranted and raved when she was told that we could not get a truck to move her car and said that she was goping to report us to every agency.
