We had told this customer many times that we were having trouble getting a truck to do this route, they said that keep trying, we indicated that we would need additional money to induce a driver to take it [paragraph#] of terms and conditions, as a result a driver called immediately and wanted the car, he also wanted $100.00 additional, then he charged additional $100.00, due to the deceit of the customer not telling us that the car did not run, the car was also an inoperable vehicle rather than a running vehicle.
I guess that the customer wanted the job done for nothing and never thought to tell us the truth about the condition of the car.
Now after the car is delivered the customer has reservations about there being untruthful to us from the beginning.
