unethical - damaged vehicle,would not respond

Any broker that chooses to use this company is corrupt. Here's what happened:
1. Pick-up was in early evening. Though the light was dim, they highlighted that they were “unable to thoroughly inspect due to poor light”.
2. Delivery was in late evening; according to my father-in-law, it was darker on return than on delivery.
3. Driver claimed responsibility for major dent to door, but claimed several small dents were not caused by shipment, and were there all along. The problem is that these dents were visible to everyone at the nighttime delivery, so it’s hard to believe the dents were invisible during pick-up when it was lighter.
4. After collecting estimates, I called F&S. They claim to have no record of damage to my vehicle. They then also requested pictures of the damage for their records.
5. After sending pictures, the representative claimed the owner will be in touch “when he gets around to it”.
6. Now, several days later, I’m still calling them but they are not responding.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
