As things turned out I ended up not shipping my pick up truck to CA because my son changed his mind about having his truck out in Santa Barbara but Pete was so helpful in explaining the process, listening to my situation about whether or not to ship the truck that I felt I needed to give them an excellent recommendation even though I didn't ship the vehicle. I will, however, not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.
