RUDE driver ,HORRIBLE SERVICE,no BOL

Broker insisted that the driver from fast auto is very professional - NOT EVEN close to be a professional..driver was RUDE..did not picked vehicle on time..5 days later NO vehicle..NO information where is the vehicle or driver..called broker again and broker was speechless,because he could not believe vehicle has not been dropped off..finally driver called.i asked few questions and driver cut me off..WTF - i'm paying for the service and i have to be cut off..Finally vehicle arrived - NO Bill of Landing..DAMAGE to front grill,by the way grill is $600 new..driver argued it was the way i picked up..IF IT WAS IT WOULD BE REFLECTED ON B.O.L..driver took off...Now i'm stuck with damaged grill BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
