booked on july 23. Told me that it would be 3-4 days max to get my truck picked up. I called on July 28, still not picked up. I was told that they would make a sacrafice and loose money and get my truck picked up that day or the next day. I called the next day...and no answer, called again and again and again...no answer..his voicemail said that if i needed immediate customer service to call another number; in which i did..no answer and voicemail full!
Meanwhile the car dealership called me agravated that my vehicle was not picked up. (July 31)
I tried calling AGAIN.. no answer...we finally got someones voicemail-left a message to cancel.
8 days...and not even picked up; wouldnt answer calls, don't return calls.
