I flew to MI to be there when my vehicle was transported, this company (Fast Auto Transport)transcriped my Cell number wrong, I called them the day it was supose to be picked up and they are CLOSED! I could not get a hold of anyone, needless to say the trucker left. I called Fast Auto Transport on Monday they wanted to take my 1963 corvette and store it outside till they had another carrier. That was not acceptable, Fast Auto Transport told me it would be picked up the next Friday, then they canged it to Monday, then again to Wednesday, at that time I asked for my deposit back, they promptly hung up on me!!! Although, I did receive my deposit back this company promises a lot, but does not excute! And above is RUDE to their customers! There are several companies out there to for your transport needs, if you value your vehicle USE SOMEONE ELSE. If Carlos or his Supervisor want to contact me they have my info!!! I would love to teach them how to run a business and or treat customers!!
