This company is the same company as Speedy Auto Transport, United Auto Carriers and Triple A autocarriers. The are operating a scam. When you ask for a quote, all of their shell companies give you different quotes from low to high so you think different companies are competing for your business when in reality it's all the same company. If they can not move your car for the cheapest rate, they assume you will go up to the next cheapest rate which is also one of their companies. When they can not move your car, they just never call you back to schedule a pickup so you waste time. In my case, TripleA quoted $395 and never called to get the car. Then I went to my next higher quote which was from Fast Auto Transport. I asked Carlos if Fast had its own trucks and he said yes. I said you are not a broker right? He assured me he was not. He also guaranteed me that he would pick up my car between 10-2 two days later. I waited until 2pm and then called "dispatch" and the dispatcher gave me a load of bull about being 2 hours late with the truck. At 4:00 I called and asked the dispatcher where "his" truck was and he could not tell me. I asked him for the name of the driver and his number and the dispatcher said he "was all confused" and had to have a supervisor call me. Finally I got Carlos on the line and he told me they could not move the car and he would have to put more money on it which means he cuts some out of his $150 commission to try to entice a drive to take the auto. I asked him why they all lied and he apologized and said it was not right. Meantime I had one more day left to move my car before I left town and Carlos assured me he would get it picked up. Well, he never got the car and I wasted a week in which I could have found a real carrier to take my car so now I have to leave it behind. The brokers are like parasites. If they can make a quick $150 by posting your car on the transport board and find a drive who needs to fill out a load then you are OK but if they have the least difficulty, the do not tell you the truth and you end up not moving your car or having to pay a lot more then if they had been honest to begin with. If you ping each of these companies on the internet, you will see they are all on the same server so it is easy to see that they are running a shell game.
